How do I submit an objection to the planning application for the incinerator?
The Planning Application number is WP/20/00692/DCC and comes in the Minerals and Waste Section.
Objections can be made on-line, by email, by post, or hand delivered. You can submit several objections and are not limited to one, as long as each objection is on different topics
On-line
- click here to go to the planning application
- scroll down the page and click on Accept to accept the website’s terms and conditions
- at the ‘Details’ tab select ‘Comment on this Application’
- be sure to select ‘Objection’ as your response
- then either enter your text or upload your written objection as a document
- you can also attach any relevant photographs, maps, diagrams, etc.
By Email: You can email your written objection to the planning team: planningteama@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk (Tel: 01305 224289). You can attach relevant photographs, maps and diagrams to help you explain your objection.
By Post: Type or write your objection and post it to Planning Team A, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester DT1 1XJ – remember to include the planning application number. Your signature will NOT be displayed online. However, your name will appear alongside your objection. You can attach relevant photographs, maps and diagrams to help you explain your objection.
